The Power of Doing Nothing

My daughters argue sometimes. Nothing serious, just the normal back and forth between two sisters figuring out how to share the same space. One of them will come find me or my wife. “Daddy, she’s bothering me.” “I’m the only one cleaning up.” The instinct as a parent is to jump in, take a side, fix it. But my wife has a motto we both live by. You two figure it out. If I have to get involved you’re both in trouble.
